What we collect
Account details (name, email), identity verification results (outcome and provider reference only — never raw documents unless an approved provider requires and secures them independently), masked card details and provider tokens (never full card numbers or CVVs), and transaction records needed to operate the ledger and support your account.
What we never store
Raw card numbers, CVVs, full bank credentials, provider secrets, or plaintext passwords. Live card entry uses provider-hosted tokenized fields so this data never reaches GLIX Sweep servers.
How we use it
To verify eligibility, process sweeps, operate the ledger, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and transactions.
Your rights
You can export a copy of your data or request account deletion at any time from your security settings. Some records — such as audit logs and completed transaction history — are retained for a limited period after deletion where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with identity verification, prepaid funding, and card issuing partners to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
